What is the parade?

The LV 150th Parade is a celebration of community and history and will serve as the kickoff to Founders Day
Festivities on Saturday. The parade welcomes contingents, floats, antique vehicles, walking units, animals, and
more!

Why should you participate?

Lake View is celebrating 150 years of history and community, the anniversary parades of the past have been some
of our resident’s fondest memories. These Anniversary Parades are RARE with only a few occurring in a person’s
lifetime.

Register now to be a part of this HISTORIC EVENT! In addition to the fun you’ll have, and the fantastic exposure you’ll

PARADE DAY DETAILS:

10:15 am: Line up- Check-in for your placement at the Versailles Entrance to Southtowns Catholic School
parking lot (Across from Buttermilk Lane.) Look for the Registration Tent at the entrance to the parking lot.

11:00 am: Step off- Parade leaves Southtowns Catholic and Takes a Right heading up Center Rd toward
Versailles, takes a right on Versailles and then another Right on Lake View Rd. The parade will then head down
Lake View Rd where it will take a left onto Burke and end in front of the Burke Rd Fields.
